By using this website you are accepting and agreeing on our Terms and Conditions. You must not use this Website if you do not agree with these terms.

Cabinet Noir reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Please check regularly for any changes.

All orders placed on our website are entirely subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via e-mail or web is not a guarantee of delivery. In the event the item/s you have ordered are not available, you will be contacted. If we are only able to fulfil part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, and then on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made.

Lay-bys

30% deposits will be required for a lay-by. The full amount must be paid within 3 months of purchase date.

To exchange or cancel a lay-by you must pay the item in full process within 1 week.

It is your responsibility to make the regular lay-by repayments and collect your purchases within the 3 months of purchase. Failure to make payments when they are due or collect lay-bys within 3 months will be treated as cancellation of the lay-by. Cabinet Noir is not required to contact you before cancelling a lay-by for non-payment or non-collection. If your lay-by is cancelled, you will lose your deposit first down payment.

Ownership

The website and content is operated and owned by Cabinet Noir Pty Ltd (ABN 20 163 781 440).

Privacy

Cabinet Noir is committed to respecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. We do not disclose your personal information to any entities or individuals outside of Cabinet Noir.

Your credit card payments are processed by EWAY. Further information can be viewed at www.eway.com.au.

All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorised access to card details. You will be asked for your card number, its period of validity and the CVN.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars. You will be charged in Australian Dollars.

Orders

Once your order has been submitted on our website, a confirmation email will be sent confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorise a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or any unforeseen reason or circumstance, as we see fit.

Cabinet Noir reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason. Cabinet Noir reserves the right to correct inadvertent errors, omissions or inaccuracies in relation to price, product availability, or product descriptions. If your order is rejected for any reason you will be given a full refund for any amount paid for the order.

In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities of items purchased by each customer. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel any order or part of an order, or refuse service to anyone for any reason.

A request for an order cancellation within 24hrs of receiving order confirmation will incurr a $10.00AUD administration fee.
